Join us on the rooftop of the Gâtebourse tower, Maison Martell’s historic heart, to enjoy the most stunning view on the city of Cognac.

Overlooking the city from more than 24 meters, you will discover the cocktail menu developed in collaboration with Rémy Savage, Martell Master Mixologist, named best European mixologist in 2018.

In the same way that Maison Martell has acted with pioneering audacity throughout its history, Rémy keeps on pushing boundaries and challenging the conventions of mixology.
