Simple and quick to make. Use your favourite good-quality soda or soft drink to personalise your Martell Float cocktail and match it perfectly to your taste.

    What you need

    Ingredients

    Cocktails for:
    1 person
    • 2 cl
      Martell VS
    • 10
      Sparkling soft drink (soda water, ginger ale, tonic water, lemonade)
    • 1 cl
      Lemon or orange peel

    Instructions

    • 1Place a few ice cubes in a glass.
    • 2Pour in the sparkling soft drink.
    • 3Float the Martell cognac by placing the back of a spoon over the soft drink and slowly pouring the cognac onto the spoon.
    • 4Garnish with a citrus twist.
