Winter Swift Sour

- Orange Bitters2 dashed
- Organic maple syrup1/2 oz
- Lemon juice1/2 oz
- Pomegranate juice1 oz
- Martell Blue Swift2 oz
- Lemon twist1 garnish
- Pomegranate seedsgarnish

Bar tools 1 shaker /1 strainer / 1 jigger / 1 large ice cube

Serve in a rocks glass filled with ice.

Dash the Orange Bitters twice into the shaker, then measure with a jigger the organic maple syrup, the lemon juice, the pomegranate juice and the Martell Blue Swift, then pour all elements in the shaker filled with ice.

Strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass, filtering through the strainer.
