Swift Julep
An American summer cocktail favourite. Add some cardamon for an elegant and intense twist.
Ingredients
Cocktails for:
1 person
- 50 mlMartell Blue Swift
- 10 mlSugar syrup
- 10 Fresh mint leaves
- 1 Mint bouquet
- Berries
Instructions
- 11. Press the mint leaves in a julep cup with a flat-end barspoon or a muddler.
- 22. Add Martell and sugar syrup and fill with crushed ice.
- 33. Stir well until the cup is well frosted.
- 44. Garnish with berries and a mint bouquet.
Serving tips
For an authentic touch, serve your Julep in a tall silver cup.
