Having discovered Maison Martell’s 300-year history and savoir-faire through the “Martell Heritage” guided tour, continue your exploration of the Maison Martell with a brand new experience: the creation of your very own blend in the Cellar Master’s Atelier, a unique space generally closed to the public. Blending is an art which has been passed on through nine generations of Martell Cellar Masters. You will discover the influence of the terroir on the taste profile of eaux-de-vie, and learn the precise techniques for blending them harmoniously. You will leave with a personalised montre (sampling bottle) containing your cognac blend. This experience culminates in the tasting of an exceptional cognac, L’Or de Jean Martell, whose aromatic richness will be revealed by pairings with gourmet bites.
